Ok.
In oVirt Engine, list what's in the /etc/ovirt-engine/aaa folder.
[root@ovirt001 aaa]# pwd
/etc/ovirt-engine/aaa
[root@ovirt001 aaa]#
[root@ovirt001 aaa]# ls -la
total 20
drwxr-xr-x. 2 root root 170 Dec 8 18:22 .
drwxr-xr-x. 18 root root 4096 Nov 13 13:43 ..
-rw---. 1 ovirt ovirt
found the environment, thus not sure how it was set. but it has been running
without issues. have been taking backups. am purely new to this redhat

Hi.
I never had this problem, but we can help.
Did you set up SSO?
If so, do you have a backup of the oVirt Engine /etc/ovirt-engine/aaa folder?
You can verify that the [domain].properties file is correct and with the access
key of the java keystore.
