In my opinion,
reinstalling the engine will never give an insight how the situation went so
bad.
Currently, at least the HE can live migrate between host1 & host3 and most
probably will power up properly in case of serious problems.
Yet, it's quite strange why the setup of host2 failsand on top
ed. If you

defined?

Try to cleanup the host2's metadata and try to provision it , so you can
