several components, see
Based on the IRC discussion it seems to me as a bug in Engine. But we
will need more information to tackle that. Please open a bug on
ovirt-engine.
Please also enable debug logs in VDSM and attach engine.log and vdsm.log
from the time the VM started to the time of the snapshot.

What is oVirt Guest Agent?
Is that different than oVirt Guest Tools 4.2-1.el7.centos?

Isn't guest agent installed with guest tools?
I have a similar situation with Windows 2016 or Windows 10 (64 bit) where
although I have installed oVirt Guest Tools 4.1-5.fc24 (and seems working
as apps are listed, IPs are shown, etc) when going to perform a snapshot it
mentions:
