You mean the disk physically resides on a different storage domain, but
engine sees it on another?
Which version did this happen on?
Do you have the logs from this failure?

when I run the unlock_entity.sh script it doesn't show that the disk is locked
but it was possible to identify that the disk was moved to the other storage
but shows that it is in the old storage
Do you know why it was stuck?
You can use unlock_entity.sh[1] to unlock the disk
