By default oVirt is not using SNMP neither on engine nor on hosts, if you
want to use SNMP, you need to configure it by yourself:

1. Configuring the oVirt Engine to Send SNMP Traps

2. Monitor oVirt or libvirt with SNMP and Zabbix

So feel free to use above or configure snmp.conf to whatever you need.
