The issue is the VM "Edit" window not loading current value 
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1104318), but you can check 
the current value in VM "General" sub-tab.

Could you share the exact ovirt-engine version you're using?

there's a description in README and/or some generic readme about working with 
custom properties
It needs to be added via engine-config manually (hook is in vdsm whereas custom 
properties are in the engine)

I have installed to vdsm-hook-hostusb with yum, but I cannot find the option in 
"custom properties" in ovirt.

Is this plugin does automatically enabled? 
How can I enabled it?
