[ovirt-users] When I log in ovirt-engine , it show "Unable to log in because the user account is disabled or locked. Contact the system administrator."

When I log in ovirt-engine，the username and password is correct.
But the error show "Unable to log in because the user account is disabled or 
locked. Contact the system administrator."
How can I solve this problem ?
