and also i tried

Failed to read hardware information

My system...
ovirt-release36-3.6.7-3.el7
CentOS Linux release 7.4.1708 (Core)


Fixed in https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/79020/ - but really you should 
use ovirt 4.1.
