change on HostedEngine but are also locked (ex: "optimise for 
[server|desktop]") 

my setup: 
hostedEngine : centos 7.3 (full updated) + oVirt engine 4.1.1 
node running engine : centos 7.3 (full updated) + engine 4.1.1 
cluster running engine : compatibility 4.0 
engine running on dedicated ISCSI volume
