host TZ doesn’t matter, it’s comparing setting in oVirt VM dialog with what the 
guest agent sees inside the VM

[ovirt-users] time zone

Team,

My vms are coming up with an exclamation mark saying that the guest time
zone differs from the configuration.

My linux vms are not doing this. Only my windows vm.

On windows I have it set for CST just like the configuration.
The hosts are on CST as well.
Any ideas?

Currently the TUI does not provide a way to set a timezone.

You can however drop to shell and configure the timezone on the console.
