[SOGo] Help configuring SOGo to interface with OpenLDAP on eBox

I've converted a couple of my users to SOGo and I am getting multiple calendars in Thunderbird after I install the SOGo extensions. For example, both users have 3 Personal calendars. But only one appears to be the real one. The other two don't do anything and I can't delete them. The extra
