I'm having problems getting Thunderbird integration to work. I followed the
instructions for modifying extensions.rdf. However, when I zip the folder
again I always get an Installer Not Found error from Thunderbird when install
the module.

I partially cleared up that problem by deleting the sqlite calendar
files and restarting TB, and though I can access shared calendars, I

selected Compress. When that didn't work, I tried zipping it in Linux with:
