configuration.

looks like you are accessing the server directly over port 2000(0?)
You need to put a real webserver in front, which then handles the static
content, like CSS etc.
For example using Apache is a supported way, it even generates you the
basic required apache config file.

Php-push2 authenticates against SOGo.
SOGo IMHO can authenticate against Samba4, if you us
It seems that latest Lightning (1.9.1) has again problem with Invitee
email address. Or could it be SOGo (2.0.4b)?
I can remember that there was such problem in previous Lightning versions.
