what kind of protocol does SOGo use to subscribe to other network calendars?
I'm trying to subscribe an eGroupware calendar (which uses
GroupCal/CalDav) though in SOGo the calendar events are not shown.
If I subscribe within thunderbird then the events show up (selecting the
CalDav

Yes, unfortunatly disable the calendar wiped IMAP configuration.
Ad so, the users can't modify anything and especially vacation

Check your /etc/apache2/mods-enabled directory:
Does it have authnz_ldap.load symlink?
If doesn't then you need to load it:
a2enmod authnz_ldap
service apache2 restart
If does, you haven't need to do anything, that error was just in the
middle of the installation process.
