Your system probably isn't loading shared libraries from /usr/local/* (more info [0]), you could either added to ldconfig, use LD_LIBRARY_PATH or compile sogo with (on ./configure) --prefix=/usr/System so libraries will be installed on /usr/ instead of /usr/local where they will be loaded for
