[SOGo] Sending and receiving problem

Hello, We are using sogo as our primary email for our company. When we came at the office last October 7, we encountered problem in sending and receiving outside of our network. Our setup uses separate IMAP and SMTP servers. Sample logs below: Oct 10 13:10:51 mail postfix/smtp[28333]:
