Hi, I search to know how email tags work... I want to find a solution to a problem. I don't know if it is a SOGo, Thunderbird or Cyrus related bug... User sets tags "To Do" or "Important" in Thunderbird. He saw tags in SOGo webmail. But sometimes, tags disappear, all the tags in his mailbox...
