I can see the css that is used... I can say it is not my customized css file...
IMHO SOGoUIAdditionalCSSFiles doesn't work no more than
SOGoUIAdditionalJSFiles.
If you are insterested in customizing I've just written to explain how to
customized the sogo's toolbar here

Can you confirm that is your own css file that is loaded? You can try
inspecting the html code or use a tool as Firebug to debug the CSS y
and view if default CSS properties are not overwriting your CSS properties
