Just after pressing the Send button, I realized that I missed the TB
10.0.6 information ...
Nevertheless, I do confirm it works with TB 10.0.6 and Lightning 1.2.3,

here it works if i go to esr download site -
http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/organizations/all-esr.html
copy the download link and change 10.0.6 to 10.0.5
