Am I missing a config or something that allows the event name to be

Forgot to add , the resource has the following ACL for 'Any
 Authenticated user'
 Public : View All
Confidential : View the Date Time
 Private : None

Did you clear the browser cache after changing the ACLs?

I had this on a normal calendar shared with another person.
After changing the ACL the other person didn't see the changes, till she
logged off SOGo and cleand the cache of her browser.

Not, it really should point to the zip executable.

[SOGo] CardDAV access

2012-03-22 Thread Donny Brooks
Since I am looking at replacing our outdated modified z-push stuff I need to use as much of the builtin SOGo stuff as possible. I have already tested the CalDAV on iOS and Android and it works (iOS stock but android needs CalDAVSync-Beta from the market). Reading in the documentation of the mobile access of SOGo I have to change the port number to 8800. Since I can only use 80 and 443 is there a way to pass the carddav over one of these ports along with the caldav and web interface?

Ok I might have mis-read the documentation. Do I HAVE to install/configure the Funambol server to get carddav to work? My modified z-push can pull the contacts over activesync for androids but it just crashes the iOS 5.XX and up devices. Should I just wait for the official modified z-push for contacts?

[SOGo] SOGo 2 roadmap

2012-03-22 Thread Bartłomiej Kluska
Dear Developers

I have few questions about your plans towards SOGo development

Are there any estimates on:
1. releasing SOGo 2 beta 6 ?
2. releasing the stable version of SOGo 2 ?
3. fixing this bug:
http://www.sogo.nu/bugs/bug_view_advanced_page.php?bug_id=31 (SMTP TLS/SSL) ?
4. enabling Outlook anywhere functionality ?

I'd appreciate such infos very much as we've finished the first tests with
positive result. We'd like to implement SOGo but we need to know if and
eventually when such limitations are planned to be removed.

thanks!

That won't happen. The next release will be a RC - and we aim to release
it next week.

2. releasing the stable version of SOGo 2 ?
There will be a few RC before the final version is out - but we also aim
high-quality/stability for RC versions so starting using it for users
shouldn't be a problem.

3. fixing this bug:

That's a big project - in the range of 20-40 man-days of work. We'll
likely know more in the next 2-3 weeks on this.
