Re: [SOGo] Missing addressbooks

2013-01-15 Thread Christian Rößner
uick follow-up: this bug has been fixed in the upcoming 2.0.4 release. Notice
that with OS X, SOGo only returns the personal addressbook along with the
first shared source. However, you can control which of your shared sources is
returned since the list is now sorted first.

 Ticket: http://www.sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=2099

First of all, thanks for fixing this. Just a short question: Is your described
limitation based on Contacts.app or the current state with SOGo? (I guess, for
most users this is no real problem; just a general question)

Thanks

[SOGo] Which jdbc driver for postgreSQL 8.4?

2013-01-15 Thread John Bieling
Hi,

i am trying to install funambol v10(bundled) using postgreSQL 8.4 (which is
also used for sogo). I am stuck at the step Download the preferred JDBC
driver.

Do I need JDBC3 or JDBC4?
Do I need the version which supports postgreSQL 8.4 or can I use the latest
one, supporting 9.2, which will also support 9.2?

Thanks for your help,

[SOGo] Problem with evaluation of mailto-link in Email

2013-01-15 Thread Hartmut Raithel
Hello,

our antispam mail gateway is sending digest mail to the end users every day,
there the users can select false-positive messages for releasing from
quarantine by mail.

For example, the mailto link for releasing of a quarantined mail looks like
follows:

a
href=mailto:pmx-auto-approve%2bb26b9bcc3f8e60bf5b7a5df5e636d...@mailgate.do
main.de?subject=Release%20message%20from%20quarantine
mailto:pmx-auto-approve%2bb26b9bcc3f8e60bf5b7a5df5e636d807@mailgate.domain.
de?subject=Release%20message%20from%20quarantineamp;body=%5b%23iGs-1%5d
amp;body=%5b%23iGs-1%5d[#iGs-1]/a

With mail clients like Thunderbird Mail or MS-Outlook, a mail with will be
correctly generated which releases the regarding message from spam
quarantine:

To: pmx-auto-approve+b26b9bcc3f8e60bf5b7a5df5e636d...@mailgate.domain.de

Subject: Release message from quarantine

Mail-Body: [#iGw-1]

When clicking the mailto link in SOGo, the generated mail in SOGo is
malformed:

To: [#iGw-1]
pmx-auto-approve+b26b9bcc3f8e60bf5b7a5df5e636d...@mailgate.domain.de

Subject: Release message from quarantine

Mail-Body: empty

The body will be pasted as first item in to-line, the string
pmx-auto-approve will be cutted out and the message body will be left
empty.

Tested with SOGo 2.0.0 (our actual production system) and 2.0.3 (test
system), both with the same behavior. Tried with IE9.0.12 and Firefox
17.0.1.

Any suggestions or known workaround?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Regards

Hartmut

Actually, I think the 'body' parameter is ignored, what you see in the
'to-line' is the content of the a html tag.

Currently SOGo doesn't have support for the full mailto rfc (2368).
It only supports setting the subject and recipients via a mailto link.

You might want to open a feature request in the BTS for this.

Instead of using collections, Contacts.app defines special vCards to group
contacts. This format looks similar to our own so-called vList. SOGo has the
advantage to offer both: you define vLists inside DAV collections (the
addressbooks). Contacts.app creates groups inside a single collection.

An Apple group is defined like this:

BEGIN:VCARD
VERSION:3.0
PRODID:-//Apple Inc.//AddressBook 7.1//EN
N:group from Contacts.app
FN:group from Contacts.app
X-ADDRESSBOOKSERVER-KIND:group
X-ADDRESSBOOKSERVER-MEMBER:urn:uuid:c4eff15c-f26f-4759-a89e-43ac79c92cd7
REV:2013-01-15T15:25:20Z
UID:6cbbeb5c-b339-48f1-87a6-4edee17822b5
END:VCARD

A vList is defined like this:

BEGIN:VLIST
UID:26F2-50F57600-1-FE99460.vlf
VERSION:1.0
FN:group from SOGo
CARD;FN=john doe:c4eff15c-f26f-4759-a89e-43ac79c92cd7.vcf
END:VLIST

SOGo should eventually convert on-the-fly collections (and vList?) to Apple
groups for OS X clients. Notice that Contacts on iOS has proper collections
support. We can suspect Apple to eventually have an identical code base for
Contacts on iOS and OS X, but I wonder which format they'll use!

I've used both successfully (version 9.2-1002). I think JDBC4 is the
recommended version since Funambol 10 has Java 1.6.

Hello Jean,

thanks a lot for the quick response. I will open a feature request for
this.
Meanwhile I will try to implement a workarround (Maybe enabling the end
user web interface of the mailgate, it's not really charming, but it
should do the job ;-})

Best regards,

Re: [SOGo] Set calendar refresh time

2013-01-15 Thread Nobody

Just came across this as well.
In Lightning 1.9, if you extract the XPI, and edit the file
calendar-js/calCalendarManager.js, you'll find the lines below :

if (refreshInterval === null) {
// Default to 30 minutes, in case the value is missing
refreshInterval = 30;
}

You might be able to get away with changing that value to 5 and zipping
the extension back up.

This would work better for new deployments obviously.

I know its been a while since the original question was posted, but
better late than never.

Re: [SOGo] Set calendar refresh time

2013-01-15 Thread Nobody
There is another place where the default calendar refresh interval is
set within the contents of the Lightning extension, atleast for 1.9.

Its in chrome/calendar/content/calendar/calendar-properties-dialog.js

The line :

if (refreshInterval === null) refreshInterval = 30;

I changed it to 5, did a test install, and confirmed it worked.

Probably over complicating this though, I imagine there is a global
preference value I'm just not aware of.
