Hi Daniele,
You could try to disable the annotatemore plugin and try again.
See bug 0002688: Missing folders list update for some background info on that.
The initial idea was to use x-guid on dovecot and get/setannotation on cyrus.

if possible try to test without the annotatemore plugin enabled in dovecot.
I just mentioned the bug to give you some background info on how foldersync is
currently working.

You mentioned that on android it works - did it work also before disable the
plugin?
can you modify mails from android?

It works on android only after disabl8ng plugin. I've created accountd with
active directory bind and importing email folder from our production email
server which uses postfix a courier. I've converted courier folders to dovecot
with a specific script
