[SOGo] Memcached (?) problem , new Sogo install on debian 8.4

I saw all the discussion to solve your problem, Tamer. But my problem still persists. I am using Debian 7 with latest git version. Also, I have already done everything I could, including deleting and cloning all repo again :x By the way, thank you Ludovic, for the possibility of trying to help
