That is right, and intentional.
Even the standard discourages the use of binary attachments in events.
Just think of mobiles, which have to synchronize those on every change
of the event.
Therefore SOGo only supports URL attachments.
They can point to every file space you have access to.

How do you verify that all people invited to an event have been sent an
invitation? Does this show up in the sogo log or should I rely on smtp log?
