I run Sogo 4.2.0 on NethServer release 7.7.1908.
Everything worked great, but since the last couple of weeks I have the
following Problems:
* ActiveSync via Outlook is very slow, sync only randomly
* Website /SOGo is not reachable, I get an "unhandled error" message
* Android

As you can not reach SOGo reliable, you have to check the parts before it.
Is network ok (DNS, network card, cabling, switches, router)?
You should check logs of your reverse Proxy (either apache2 or nginx) too.
Timeouts will only happen for ActiveSync connections.
Those run as specified

I mean the sogo
This morning I tried doing apt-update and then apt-upgrade. Debian
showed upgrades available and they happen to be sogo v4.9. I tried the
upgrade and it failed. Here is some of the output:

I have 6 virtual web-servers running with my apache.
Unfortunaly I am terrible when it comes to network, IP and such...
I've checked the /etc/httpd/conf.d folder. That holds all the conf files
fort he websites and there is a "zzz-sogo.conf" which is propably used by
SOGo.
I can't find log files
