Re: [SOGo] Outlook+Funambol+Sogo calendar

2011-03-11 Thread Wolf Siedler
James,
1. Did you set up in Funambol Admintool a syncsource within the Funambol-SOGo
connector?
2. Does the Outlook-Funambol connector have the correct name for remote
database? I remember similar problems until I changed it to "sogo-cal". It
happened some time ago, though, and I believe different names are now feasible.
Regards, Wolf

Is it possible to set a global sieve rule for all domains? If so, where
exactly should it be, /var/lib/imap/sieve/global/ or somewhere else like

Thanks for any clue,

[SOGo] Configure email address to send invitations from

2011-03-11 Thread Birger Brunswiek

Hi,
is there any way to configure iCal or to configure SOGo to tell iCal
which email address will be used to send out invitations? I have users
configured to have multiple addresses. When users send out invitations
using the web interface SOGo uses one email address, but when it does so
for iCal it uses another.

Cheers,
Birger

[SOGo] Outlook+Funambol+Sogo calendar

2011-03-11 Thread James Hammer
I'm currently trying to sync my default Outlook calendar to SOGo using
Funambol. The synchronization with Funambol is working. However, when
I log into the web interface for SOGo I don't see any of the calendar
events. I was expecting them to show up under Personal Calendar...but I
don't see them. What calendar do they sync to?

Thanks.

Re: [SOGo] some events cause SOGo restart

2011-03-11 Thread Allen Chen

You can likely find the culprit user from the logs (ie., the incoming
request - you might also want to set SOGoDebugRequests to YES).

Once the user is found, identify its calendar table{s} from
sogo_folder_info (where c_path2 == username) and then look at the
quick table, c_startdate. A little bit of SQL kungfu won't hurt anyone.

Export/import don't work for me. Here is the problem:
I export the data to get the ics file(SOGo 1.3.3),
and import it to SOGo1.3.5a from web gui, It causes sogod to restart.
Only some of the events are imported with time shifted 4 hours early.

Looks like you're pointing the Sessions Folder URL to the
sogo_user_profile table. I doubt that's what you intended. Try
sogo_sessions_folder or some other nonexistent table. SOGo should create
the table.

[SOGo] Update Event and e-mail notification

2011-03-11 Thread Alessio Fattorini

I describe my problem:
- i create a new event and i send an invite to attendees
- someone accept
- i receive an e-mail (reply to invite by user) with a button on the top that says "Update". Why
should i click? Sogo updates automatically events accepted by user, why should i update event?

- if i click, attendees receive a new mail with "Notify: invite update"
- if i click on another "reply to invite", antoher "Notify: invite update" is
sent to my attendees.

This behaviour is very very noise, into the event nothing is change. Why this button? and why this
unuseful notification? Is it a bug?

Thanks!

Re: [SOGo] some events cause SOGo restart

2011-03-11 Thread Mark Adams
This seems to be occurring if events don't have a DTSTART and/or DTEND
date. You need to root these events out and amend/remove them. They are
accessible OK from Thunderbird, but will restart sogo processes if your
trying to access the calendar with the issues through the web interface.

Thomas Nygreen noted previously on the list...
"Tip: I found the event by exporting the calendar as an ics file (in the
web interface, choose the calendar, right click -> Properties -> Links
to this Calendar -> Authenticated User Access -> WebDAV ICS URL). Then I
searched for events without DTEND."

What I did was wget the file from the WebDAV ICS url, find the events,
then remove them from Thunderbird. This sorted the problem out
relatively quickly, however I could see it being problematic if it was
in a large installation.

Mark

[SOGo] Queries about CardDAV syncing to iPhone

2011-03-11 Thread Mark Adams
Hi All, A couple of questions about the CardDAV syncing with SOGo,
iPhone and Thunderbird. Currently using SOGo 1.3.5a

- What fields are mapped from the iPhone to SOGo? (for instance I note
that when you add a number in under "iPhone" it will not sync. If
there is a list of how it maps that would be useful to know.

- What takes precedence? If a Thunderbird contact has been updated, but
not synced to the iphone, then the iphone contact is updated, what
  one wins out?

Re: [SOGo] SOGo shutting down at given time

2011-03-11 Thread Michael Noack
Thanks for your reply.

Actually it is shutdown 3 hours later, which is strange, because there
should be no cron-script running at that time. However your comment made
me check cron.daily again. Apparently a script got auto-generated on
install there. It contains the following:

#!/bin/sh
SOGOSPOOL=/var/spool/sogo
/usr/sbin/tmpreaper 24 "$SOGOSPOOL"
find "$SOGOSPOOL" -mindepth 1 -type d -empty -exec /bin/rmdir -p {} \;
2> /dev/null

As far as I understand that script, it should clear sogos spool of files
which were not accessed for at least 24 hours. Executing it manually
does not kill sogo. But on the other hand sogo has not yet run for 24
hours again. Could sogo-spool not being touched for 24 hours, than
deleted be the reason for sogos shut-down? How can tmpreaper even affect
sogo by deleting something in /var/spool/sogo, considering this dir is
empty?

cheers,
Michael

[SOGo] Select domain

2011-03-11 Thread Albert Shih
Hi all.

I'm trying to configure a multi-domains sogo server.

Seem it's working but I don't see anywhere the login interface allow the
user to select the domain he want to use.

I ask this because I've two domains (with two LDAP authentication server)
but many people have account on both domains. So I would like he select the
domain (for the mail) he want to use. Or maybe you have better idea how to
manage this case ?

Regards.
