Hi, I don't really have the answer but for Europe , I think this cannot be
applied because these kind of "protocol patents " cannot be applied
currently, although it's still not clear in most projects what need to be
paid in such cases.

Yes, of course, but if you use digital signatures on your client side,
it will broken all of your outgoing mail security, cos it makes
modification on the mail body after it's signed.
In my opinion this is the worst thing ever of the world - if you use
digital signatures.

If you don't use smime, this can be good, but in corporate environment
usually need to use digital signatures and/or encryption.

Re: [SOGo] Create new user account

Hi
If you want to create new user mailbox you have to run:
cyradm --user localhost
This command brings you to Cyrus command line and then you type command:
cm user/newuser

[SOGo] Licencing question

2014-02-10 Thread Fabio Onorini
In SOGO installation guide v 2.2.0

I read this text:

"In order to use the SOGo Active Sync support code in production
environments, you need to get a proper usage license from Microsoft. Please
contact them directly to negotiate the fees associated to your user base.

To contact Microsoft, please visit:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/intellectualproperty/IPLicensing/Programs/exchangeactivesyncprotocol.aspx

and send an email to iplic...@microsoft.com

Inverse inc. provides this software for free, but is not responsible for
anything related to its usage."

So if I want to install SOGo environment with ActiveSync support for my
customers, I must negotiate licence plan?
