Re: [SOGo] ActiveSync improvements

2014-10-30 Thread Martin Simovic
Thanks for the great news.

Haven’t tried for a while, so it could have been part of some earlier version
fix, but PUSH email notification finally works on iOS with this version.

Best Regards

 Hi,

Today a good amount of ActiveSync improvements have landed - like fixes for
Windows Mobile devices but more importantly, support for synchronizing
multiple calendars and address books. Thanks to Thomas Fuehrer for these
 improvements.

Since these changes will be in the upcoming v2.2.10 release, please test the
upcoming nightly builds and report your findings in our BTS
 (www.sogo.nu/bugs).

 Thanks,

[SOGo] ActiveSync problems

2014-10-30 Thread Daniele Borini
Hi all.

I’ve just updated from nightly build but still having some troubles with
activesync.

I’ve configured outlook 2013 using Activesync to connect to sogo server.

Outlook folders (expecially own-created folders) are multiplicated (i.e. i’ve
got Backup and backup[1] folders) and no emails are displayed in outlook.

No errors appers into sogo.log nor mail.log nor mail.err. What i see is a huge
amount of setannotation in sogo.log like:

C[0x7fe897791090]: 384 setannotation UPS /comment (value.priv
mailserver_70d_1a027fc4_15c6)

S[0x7fe897e54f60]: 384 OK Completed.

C[0x7fe897791090]: 385 setannotation Gateway /comment (value.priv
mailserver_70d_1a027fc4_15c7)

S[0x7fe897e54f60]: 385 OK Completed.

Can you point me on what i could have made in the wrong way?

Thank you very much.

D.

Re: [SOGo] Filters SOGo/Roundcube

Hello,

I've created a rule under sogo.sieve file using Roundcube.

When I log in using SOGo, rules i've created don't appear in
preferences/courrier/filters tab. Why ?

SOGo has it's filter rules stored in the database
and generates the sieve code from there.

It does not parse any existing sieve scripts.

One reason is that SOGo allowws you to set expiry dates to filters
and then updates the sieve scripts from a cron job.

We too have the problem that we have 3 webmail UI available fro the
users.

SOGo, Horde and Roundcube

Each one is using it's own sieve filters, the last one saved winns
The only way to solve the problem is to educate the users to use
the sive functions only from one webui type.

The guilty: Cyrus's sieve implementation:

 Good morning Paul,
 good morning Götz,

 thanks for your help.
I'm running Sogo under Ubuntu 14.04 with dovecot, fetchmail and postfix.
Actually it's just an implementation for my family and me at home, I got
tired of all the webservices and their security and the big brother watching
 us.

So I will move the mails or just mount a directory of the disk-array to
 /var/mail/

Maybe this is interesting for you:

 Hello everybody,

i've just installed an configured SOGo with it's defalut settings.

Now i've set up a new disk-array and i would like to move the data
 to this new disk.
Can please somebody tell where i can find all the mails of all the users
 (e.g.
directory or mysql database) so that i'm able to move all the mails?

That depends on which Linux distro and which IMAP service you are using.

When it's Debian and Cyrus, you will find the mail in /var/spool/cyrus and
 the databases in /usr/lib/cyrus/ .

When you are using Dovecot, you will find in most cases the mail in the
 homedirectoies of the users.

 With regards,
 Paul van der Vlis.

Way too high. If you're using 3 right now, go with 10.

Well, it was fixed for a while (using 25), but now it's acting up again
with no changes made to the server config.

Even though I'm using a master passphrase in Thunderbird w/ the SOGo
Connector plug-in and have not changed my password in months, SOGo will
decide to use the wrong password.

tried wrong password for user 'x...@example.com'!

No other errors in the sogo log file either.
