Re: [SOGo] ANN: SOGo Package Repositories

2016-07-21 Thread Jason Wohlford
The least expensive support plan at $750/yr is too expensive for just
repository access. Please consider offering an option for those of us who just
want official stable packages. $150/yr for such a service is justifiable for
how I use it.

Regards,
Jason

Re: [SOGo] How to become a Coordinator on Transifex?

2016-07-21 Thread Emilio Fonseca

Hello Francis,

First of all, I'm sorry, I completely forgot the other discussion list.

I appreciate you promoting me to a coordinator.
I didn't find any big error in Portuguese language, but I'm interested
to correct the bad translations in Brazilian Portuguese as soon as you
promote me.

By the way, by the time I was writing this message I was not been
promoted yet :)

Best regards,

Emílio Fonseca

I've been helping to translate SOGo in the languages I can on Transifex.
But, some strings are completely bad translated, with some typo or just using
words out of context.

I am just a translator, so what I can do is just propose alternatively
translations. I already tried it!
Long time passed, I didn't get any answer by the coordinators in my language
about my suggestios.

Now, I want to help even more the SOGo equip, being a coordinator too, but how
to became a coordinator? What do I need for this?

Let me promote you to a coordinator. Are both Portuguese and Brazilian
Portuguese need some corrections?

By the way -- internationalization matters should be discussed in i...@sogo.nu.

Thanks,

Francis

In the case of Debian, I see difficult it, since Debian is not a rolling
release and it has its own operating scheme using three branches:
unstable-> testing-> stable.

2016-07-21 Thread devteam

Hi!

https://sogo.nu/news/2016/article/sogo-package-repositories.html

After many months of discussion and thinking, we made the decision to
close down the public package repositories. From now on, in order to
access the production builds of SOGo for various Linux distributions,
you will need a proper support contract from Inverse
. Payments can be made
by credit card.

*May be create non-official packages repository**for Debian/Ubuntu?
*maintance: latest sogo + openchange + samba 4.4

Цhat do you think?

Outlook 2016 will not work right now over "MAPI" - see

Some items are fixed in the latest version, like event details from
shared calendars.

[SOGo] outlook supprt - mapi

2016-07-21 Thread "sg gs"
hello,

https://sogo.nu/ kind of suggests that mapi is now outlook-2016 ready.

i downloaded and installed http://sourceforge.net/projects/sogo-zeg/files/ZEG-3.1.4.ova/download. it seems to be partly working with outlook-2013 but i was unable to access sogo using outlook-2016 via mapi.

btw: does anybody know if '9. Known Issues or Limitations' in https://sogo.nu/files/docs/SOGoNativeOutlookConfigurationGuide.html#_known_issues_or_limitations still apply?

thanks for your answer, sggs

btw: outlook (2013,2016) support is crucial at our site.

It is a good point :-) Thanks for the clarification. Just for curiosity,
do you remember from what version of SOGo was added the ActiveSync support?

I was researching [1] and the SOGo version in the unstable branch of
Debian repositories is the 2.2.17.

In any case, it is always the option to generate the packets using the
procedure mentioned by Achim, or use the Nightly repositories of Inverse.

Thanks for your reply.

Kind regards,
Daniel
