No, I haven't set SOGoCalendarDAVAccessEnabled to YES, because this is default.
Also SOGoCalendarDefaultRoles is not in my config.
I've tried SOGoEnablePublicAccess = YES; and SOGoCalendarDefaultRoles =
("ObjectCreator", "PublicViewer"); but the problem is still there.

User" and "Public Access". In my Installation there is only one blank

In keycloak, make sure to configure:
NameID format: username
