They answered - and told me that they are planning to update to some version 4 
"eventually" - and I should have some patience!

So I am telling them that it is really a serious bug, and also that support is 
not any more provided.

You should nudge your provider to upgrade, as version 3 is no longer
supported by Inverse.
And only an upgrade can fix that problem.
