I agree that SOGo web interface should be skinable and could use some visual improvements, but I actually think that compared to Zimbra and other owa clones that SOGo is clean, fast and as a result it is easy to figure out. The ability to make changes to colors, icons, and simple css tweaks

Did you read the documentation? On iOS 3.1.2 and later, you must also specify the range of events you want to have. From the Settings menu, choose Mail, Contacts, Calendars From the Sync menu, choose All Events _*Note that other options (Events 2 Weeks Back, etc.) do not work right now.*_
