I installed sogo again with the latest nightly of today by apt-get and TOTP simply doesn't work right after instalation. It might have been some cache problem but then the TOTP worked after changing to private window in browser. So basically the behavior remains the same TOTP works right after installation, but after restart sogo it never works again, whatever sequence or enable/disable of TOTP i do after.
