There's a very good extension Cardbook

https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/thunderbird/addon/cardbook/

I use it with Nextcloud without any problem

We are using SOGo with multiple domain. Is it possible to disable 
activesync or calendar per domain  ?

Hi

You have to grant full permission to the user you shared the calendar in 
order to have it via ActiveSync
