Thank god at last i have found someone who is facing the same issue.

Because i even tried this on Windows machine with latest
thunderbird, lightening and Inverse SOGO plugin and Free/Busy functionality
 did not work.

2013-07-01 Thread Gurvinder Dadyala
Can u also confirm one more thing. Once you install SOGO Thunderbird
connector Are u getting any option for adding remote address book as it is
mentioned in SOGO Connector documentation.

Refer to http://www.sogo.nu/files/docs/SOGo%20Installation%20Guide.pdf
page 49.

Also refer to link
http://www.sogo.nu/files/docs/SOGo%20Mozilla%20Thunderbird%20Configuration.pdf
Page 5
**Lines from documentation**
*Among supported features of the SOGo Connector extension, we have :*
*❏ Free / Busy URL field in the address book*
*❏ Free / Busy functionality through HTTP*
*❏ Event organizers*
*❏ Synchronization of the address book using GroupDAV*
*❏ CardDAV implementation for the address book*
*❏ Support for WebDAV ACL*
**Lines from documentation**

*
*
Above mentioned features should work out of the box once you install SOGO
connector in Thunderbird.

Please confirm.

2013-06-27 Thread Gurvinder Dadyala
I have installed SOGO connector and SOGO integrator frontend plugins. I am
currently using Thunderbird 17.0.5 32 BIT and Lightening version 1.9.1.
However when i am adding invitee, lightening is not sending any free/busy
information request to server at all. What else can be wrong. Is it a bug
in Lightening?

I am saying this because as per sogo connector documentation. Plug in
itself provides free busy functionality therefore there is no need to
 install integrator plugin.

Anyways I will try it and post back. Wish me best of luck.

emClient is free for home use, but the pro version isn't. They do have
