[SOGo] Sending and receiving problem
Hello, We are using sogo as our primary email for our company. When we came at the office last October 7, we encountered problem in sending and receiving outside of our network. Our setup uses separate IMAP and SMTP servers. When I tried to used the mxtoolbox particularly the spfrecord lookup tool. This is what was shown: v=spf1 mx a:smtp.pnoc.com.ph ip4:x.x.x.x/29 -all The IP that was displayed was my old IP block, it was setup by a consultant so I have no idea what particular file to edit to change it to our new IP.
