I just had the problem that sogod exits without notification or stating
any reason for exiting.
After some hours I found the solution that the /var/log partition was full.
I want to suggest that sogod 2.3a prints to STDOUT or STDERR some
informative message before exiting, if it can not

thought, login via groups is possible, but as it seems, it isn't.
