I know what happens your Ubuntu installation is conflicting with the packages in our repo. 12.04 probably has the samba4 packages already. What you could do remove everything that is related to samba, including libtalloc, libldb1, libldb1, etc and install our packages instead. Note taht

Hi, If you are referring to the configure script, then for compiling SOPE (which you should compile before SOGo), you only need these flags: --with-gnustep, --enabled-debug, --disable-strip. And for SOGo, you need --enable-debug and --disable-strip. The FAQ might have been down or something.
