I do not know Zentyal, but I think I heard it uses dovecot as IMAP server.
Activating the cron job is not enough.
Did you enable SOGoVacationEnabled and SOGoSieveScriptsEnabled?
What have you set for SOGoSieveServer and SOGoSieveFolderEncoding?
Do you provide valid credentials in /etc/sogo

I installed Zentyal Server 7.0 with SOGo 5.0.1 webmail as primary mail
server. I would like to enable Autoreply option (Vacation messages
activation) in SOGo webmail. I followed instructions from
