[SOGo] Big trouble with 1.3.15

2012-04-08 Thread Christian Rößner
Hi,

I spent hours and hours to find a bug in my settings, but I can not find any
and I have a really serious problem:

I have two users here in this example. User croessner and user eroessner. Me -
croessner - has:

Mac OS X iCal 10.7.4 (Dev-Preview) and Thunderbird ESR
iPad 3
iPhone 4S

I have configured CalDAV and CardDAV on all devices. Everything is doing fine
here.

eroessner has:

Microsoft Win 7 with Thunderbird ESR
Android with CalDAV and CardDAV
iPad 2

I figured out that both iPads connect over port 8843 for iCal, while the iPhone
uses 443.

In the moment, where croesner gets all CalDAV stuff set correctly up, all the
sudden all calendars for user eroessner are broken and I see 404 errors in the
logs:

217.227.87.179 - - [08/Apr/2012:17:25:25 +0200] PROPFIND
/SOGo/dav/eroessner/Calendar/ HTTP/1.1 404 835 - iOS/5.1 (9B176)
dataaccessd/1.0
localhost - - [08/Apr/2012:17:25:25 GMT] PROPFIND
/SOGo/dav/eroessner/Calendar/ HTTP/1.1 404 42/1925 0.117 - - 0

If I remove all calendars from all devices for eroessner and set them up once
again, it switches: eroessner is fine then, but all stuff is broken for
croessner at this moment.

I have absolutely no idea, where I should look at to find the problem. I am
totally frustrated right now :-(

Is there some help outside please?

Thanks in advance

My feeling tells me that there is something wrong with sessions. I have a
second SOGo-server where I have more people (and therefor devices) on it and I
only can count 23 sessions in the table sogo_sessions_folder.

On my buggy server, I have 66 sessions. Can I simply purge that table or would
I loose any data?

DELETE FROM sogo_sessions_folder; ??

Hi,

more information:

Mac OS X iCal 10.7.4 (Dev-Preview) and Thunderbird ESR
 iPad 3
 iPhone 4S

I have configured CalDAV and CardDAV on all devices. Everything is doing fine
 here.

 eroessner has:

Microsoft Win 7 with Thunderbird ESR
 Android with CalDAV and CardDAV
 iPad 2

for some tests, I cleaned the session cache. I stopped memcache, sogod and made
a delete from sogo_sessions_folder; After that I started the services again.
For one moment all devices got 401 codes followed by 207 as expected and I
thought I fixed the problem. Then I simply took one device, in this case the
Thunderbird 10 ESR client on Windows 7 and removed 2 calendar entries. In
exactly this moment all my devices for the other user got 404 messages again.
So I directly opened Safari and logged in with the broken user. And ta ta ta :)
All calendars worked again for this user and the other one is broken again.

So there is really something broken with the sessions but I do not know what.
And why does nobody else have this problem?

Do you have some debugging tipps for me or what could cause problems like this?

Many thanks again for reading (and hopefully helping...)
