I can reproduce it on my installation now.
You need to have several (not sure if one is enough) shared calendars
from other people. If you only have your own calendars this does not happen.
Now I need to speculate.

I've done some tests and I don't have the issue. I guess you'll have to find
some reproducible patterns for that issue. We will definitely look at it and
fix it once I know how to reproduce it.

the Problem is I can not reproduce it with my system. But I have 3 users
now with the same Problem.
Symptoms are. Press "synchronise" and some calendar entries disappear.
Do it again they pop up for half a sec then they are gone again. It is
then always different entries that are gone.
