No, I had to add it. Maybe because I had done a "Minimal Install" from a
netboot image.

Doh! I did and I did not do correctly. I have a script I use to create the
integrator.xpi and I had forgotten to pass the destination...

Everything works fine now.

Thanks,

Yes, working like a dream here on 18.04 LTS desktop.

I even managed to keep it working during the Thunderbird 52 to 60
upgrade by modifying the sogo-integrator-60.0.0.xpi to include 52.* in
its manifest and installing it prior to the upgrade, as suggested
previously on this list.

Did you remove lightning before installing vit via Ubuntu repo?

Did you modify SOGo Integrator AddOn before installing?
If not read documentation at
https://sogo.nu/files/docs/SOGoMozillaThunderbirdConfigurationGuide.html#_sogo_integrator_customization

[SOGo] Ubuntu 18, TB 60+, SOGo integrator/connector: Anyone?

2018-10-22 Thread Patrick Ben Koetter
Greetings,

Has anyone managed to get SOGo integrator and connector on a vanilla
Ubuntu 18 LTS?

When I start TB lightning behaves as if I were running a local instance
of it. I don't see the SOGo addressbook, calendars or events.

This is what I did:

  * Install TB 60.2.1 via Ubuntu repo
  * Install lightning addon via the Ubuntu repo (xul-?-lightning)
  * Install sogo-*-60.xpi from the inverse nightly repo

TIA,

p@rick
