some of our users activating vacation messages with start day and end day, but
also a start and end time.
Those vacation messages are getting deactivated by sogo-tool.
I didn't find a proper documentation on how that should work.

it's supposed to do?
Maybe a better hint in the webui would be good.

If you set start and end dates and start and end times, then it will
activate vacation messages on dates between start and end date
inclusively, on and after start time on each day.
And it will deactivate vacation messages on dates between start and end
dates after endtime on each day.
If you only set start time without end time and without start or end
date, then it will activate vacation messages on and after that time on
every day.
This also means, it will deactivate vacation messages at 00:00 o'clock
every day.
If you only set an end time, then vacation messages will be enabled at
00:00 o'clock and disabled at the set end time every day.
