Hi Team,

We wanted to go for paid support for sogo mail server . If I get such 
type of response from sogo team then how would I present this to 
management ?

Please let me know what help you need from my side to solve this issue.

Thanks for the reply. I have removed 0 in front of SOGOsuperUsernames 
and mysql is running on this host, but problem still persist.
Please let me know if you need any other configuration details from my 
side .
