Blacklist mails with embedded gifs

Hi,
Is there a way I can blacklist or write a rule 
for emails that contains embedded GIFs? I want them all thrashed.

Right now I'm using SAproxy 3.1.5.1, but I'm 
about to install Spamassassin on two mailservers.
