If /product_view.jsp is at the root of your tree (a top level document),
surely it can not know how to go up above the root. This is by design.
I say it's at the root of the tree of the virtual host based on the
parse error "/product_view.jsp(2,0)"

Out of memory, perhaps?
I've run into this with big images. I had to serialize my image
reader/preparer too. Trying to do more than one image at a time
would exhaust memory rather quickly.
