as described before i am using Eclipse WTP 1.x for development of a web
application and use
it's 'Export' function for creating the .war file.
Installing that application on Tomcat 5.5.17 works fine.
Stopping and re-starting the application fails every time with a
NullPointerException.

I am running into problems with tc 5.5.17 After having it installed
succesfully with install.exe, i always run into trouble when restarting my

As i am a newbie to tomcat this question might be easy to answer for you:
I have succesfully deployed a .war application with eclipse wtp.
Installing that .war file to tomcat works fine, but...
After stopping the application and starting it again, tomcat comes up with

that also.
but: where and how to install?? i do not find any dodumentation for that
issue, so please hlp.
