Any idea on why this can happen would be very helpful. Actually, I see it as a
bug, that the request is not authenticated but still served.

We cannot explain this behavior and think it is a bug in Tomcat.
Any help appreciated, as currently we cannot upgrade Tomcat due to this

Hi,
where have you setup the connector properties? In the registry? Can you provide
those settings?
They also contain the location of the redirector logfile and loglevel.
If you get that far, you can always install the jkstatus worker to allow you to
test the redirector functionality.
Hi,
if I understand your issue right, you want to put the URL into the mapping in
the URIworkermapping properties
instead of
/someApp1|/*=worker1
/someApp2|/*=worker2
you write
/app1.you.com|/*=worker1

This way, you can address the tomcat workers with different

Hi,
Please excuse if this is a stupid idea in your case, but we had the same issue,

task-manager if the IIS is actually running 64bits (without the asterisk)?
We gave the 32bit dlls a try and - tada just works.

I need to test on our testing-installation, can't do that on production for
obvious reasons :-)
Could you check where the registry entries are on your Vista 64? If both,
