Came up with a one liner in case if someone else needs it. If you think it can be improvised, please feel free to improvise. Greetings, I am looking for a perma link or similar which won't go away and point to latest version of tomcat for the currently supported major versions. Official downloads page points to latest minor release of the major version e.g. https://tomcat.apache.org/download-90.cgi and download links keep changing. Is there any way to get latest version link or latest version and then us forming the url from tomcat website.
