Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.5\conf\Catalina\localhost\second
needed to be changed to just say:

are you getting any kind of SAX error when you start up tomcat?

Other than that I do not see any SAX related errors...
are you getting any kind of SAX error when you start up tomcat?
